Let’s get into the details of the Air Jordan 1 Xuanwu and what makes it a fire pair to flex. This pair draws inspiration from Chinese mythology. Xuanwu is one of the Taoist deities, revered as a powerful god, and is said to be a mix of a tortoise and a snake.

The overlays mix snakeskin-like leather with scaly textures, representing the tortoise’s shell.
