Air Jordan 1 Praline Makes Its Debut This Fall!
The Air Jordan 1 Praline is yet another brand-new colorway of the iconic silhouette. This time, inspired by luxury handbags. Jordan Brand puts out many women’s exclusive colorways every year, and 2023 is certainly no exception!
Jordan 1 Praline Features
The Air Jordan 1 Praline bleeds extravagance, as it features caramel-colored premium leather that covers the overlays and the Swoosh. The base is White, matching the brandings— the Wings and the Nike Air tongue tags. Which complements the “Sail” finish of the midsole below. Also, sophisticated, satin-like, nude pink ribbons replace the flat laces typical of the Air Jordan 1. Although we expect the sneaker to arrive with an alternate, more traditional set of laces.
Expect these kicks to drop on September 13, 2023, exclusively in women’s sizing for a retail price of $180 on Nike SNKRS and select Jordan retailers.
Some Of Our Favorite Women’s AJ1s
With more women involved in the culture today than ever before, brands have stepped up their efforts to meet the demands of ladies looking for the latest and greatest kicks, whether that be new collaborations, colorways, or silhouettes. In that matter, few brands have done as much to progress women’s sneakers as Jordan Brand.
For starters, we have the Women’s Air Jordan 1 High OG “Reverse Laney”
Like the Air Jordan 5’s popular, non-original Laney colorway, this model is inspired by Michael Jordan’s high school basketball team. What’s more, the Reverse Laney Jordan 1 is the sequel to the first Laney Jordan 1 that dropped in 2013.
Second in line is the Women’s Air Jordan 1 High Elevate “Varsity Red”
We cannot recommend this model enough! Especially if you’re not afraid of a statement piece that screams LOOK AT ME. The shoe’s exaggerated platform-style sole gives you significant height, and its color scheme is undoubtedly inspired by classic Jordan 1s.
Next, we must mention the Women’s Air Jordan 1 Mid SE “Sport Spice”
This silhouette gives the popular lifestyle shoe a classic, retro-inspired look that isn’t all that far from the Nike Dunk’s original Syracuse colorway. They even throw in basketball-textured leather. What’s not to love?
Last, but definitely not least is the Women’s Air Jordan 1 Mid SE “Split Black/White”
This women’s-exclusive colorway features a mismatched design. As its name implies, the Split Black and White Jordan 1 Mid features a split appearance that inverses the shoe’s black-and-white color block on each side. Try to beat that with anything from your (or anyone else’s) shoe closet.
